I love to bake, eat and talk all things food. It’s a great opportunity to spend time with my family – preparing fo a bake sale, making dinner or being judge in the scone contest between my husband and daughter!
I established Full Circle Dietetics in 2021 to fulfill my passion of providing practical nutrition advice, without the constraints of working for someone else. My business name, Full Circle Dietetics, reflects my journey returning to work in health and my approach to support my clients.
I have more than 12 years of experience providing nutrition advice and support in hospitals, community, and palliative care. My specialist areas are paediatrics, disability, tube feeding, nutrition support, and digestive diseases. I have worked in specialist teams for palliative care, neurological conditions, critical care, chronic health, digestive diseases, allergies, and cancer care. This includes both adults and children. If you’d like to know more you can read my professional background.
As the mum of a girl with Cerebral Palsy, I have a personal interest in providing effective support to people with disabilities. Both work and therapy room conversations have provided me with an understanding of the varied challenges kids and adults with special needs face.
Outside of work I love spending time on or in the water – liquid or solid!
